Since 2005, I've proudly called Mountain House my home, and it is with great honor that I announce my candidacy for the position of Council Member in the upcoming City election.
Commitment as council member
If elected, my commitment as a council member will be unwavering in representing the diverse needs of Mountain House residents. I aim to ensure that the council makes prudent budget decisions and engages in strategic planning that respects our community's perspectives, directions, and voices.
My strengths are business management, collaboration, active listening, decisive action, accountability, and respect for others. I've dedicated time to volunteer activities contributing to the growth and development of our youth and programs fostering community awareness and unity.
I proudly served as the Co-Chair of the Mountain House Youth Action Committee (YAC) Program, playing a pivotal role in organizing the 2020 Community Unity Walk and supporting youth rallies. Additionally, I actively participate on the Board of the Cambridge Place Home Owners Association and served as the Mentoring and Education Director for the NCBWCV chapter.
I'm grateful for the endorsements I've received, including:
Matthew Disko, MHCSD Board President;
Andy Su, Vice President MHCSD;
Ms. Bernice Tingle, Director, MHCSD
